HL CHAMPS is specialized in managing the careers of football players and coaches, led by FIFA Agent Hugo Lobeiro. 

We are based in Portugal and have large experience in the football market - our team has the passion and willingness to promote those who entrust us their representation, being always guided to act according to clients` best interests.

We like to build trust-based relations - honesty and integrity are key values. We see representation as a long-term commitment rather than a transactional business.
